TITLE:                        Digital Marketing Specialist Intern

REPORTS TO:         RON CAUGHLIN – PRESIDENT, MANAGING PARTNER

 

Summary

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist Intern will develop and execute social media, digital, traditional and experiential marketing strategies for multiple clients from inception to delivery to ensure the success of our business with clients’ objectives and sensitivities in mind.  This role will also assist in developing new business lead generation for BRAND>eD, assisting the President and Managing Partner.  This role will be a part-time role with a maximum of 20- 40 hours per week for 3 – months.

 

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Formulate online strategies and creative media/marketing briefs.

  • Work and negotiate with the media to build the most effective and flexible media plans for our clients.

  • Deliver integrated online advertising campaign options to clients and implement all media buys and project launches.

  • Social Media Community Management

  • Content marketing and creation.

  • SEO and SEM marketing programs with clients

  • Wix Studio and Wix Website updates

  • Experiential Marketing as assigned

  • Management, producing and promoting the “What’s Your Story? GEN AI” Podcast

  • Oversee client eCRM, affiliate programs, and search campaigns.

  • Be actively involved in creative executions by working closely with the creative department and giving them branding and promo-specific direction.

  • Implement campaigns by authorizing contracts and securing strong media placements while negotiating acceptable rates.

  • Maintain confidentiality while working closely with clients regarding all aspects of campaigns.

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients by conducting campaign monitoring, optimization, data management, analysis, and reporting regularly.

  • Assist in new business development as needed.

  • Willing to travel for client meetings.

  • Business development activities to grow the client list and revenue of BRANDeD as assigned by management.

  • Helping with day-to-day administrative duties as assigned by management.

  • All other job-related tasks as assigned by management.

This role is an un-paid internship from September 3, 2025 – December 21,2025
