What are the NTO, PMO, RTO, DMO & DMF roles in Tourism?

The Tourism industry in Ontario has seen some disruptive change over the past number of years with the formation of the Regional Tourism Organizations (RTO) structure. A foundation developed as a result of the Sobbera Report and recommendations developed about a decade ago, in the Ontario Tourism industry Assessment Research study performed by Deloitte & Touche LLP.
